📋 Description

  • Own regional SDR performance vs KPIs (activity, meetings, qualification rates)
  • Ensure SDRs log first-party data and monitor data quality; coach on improvements.
  • Lead and coach SDRs via 1:1s, reviews, and feedback to improve outbound and ramp.
  • Assess and optimize deployment of regional SDR capacity across segments.
  • Ensure high-quality SDR-to-BDM handoffs via standards, routing, and SLAs.
  • Identify capacity gaps and bottlenecks; recommend changes to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B sales/SDR; 4+ years leading SDR teams; fintech/payments/FX experience.
  • Proven ability to drive outbound pipeline metrics (ramp time, meetings, conversion rates).
  • Experience managing regional, distributed, or matrixed SDR teams.
  • Strong sales leadership; hiring and coaching early-career talent.
  • Deep understanding of SDR execution, qualification standards, and funnel performance.
  • Data-driven; proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and SDR tooling.
