- Proven ability to drive outbound pipeline metrics (ramp time, meetings, conversion rates).
- Experience managing regional, distributed, or matrixed SDR teams.
- Strong sales leadership; hiring and coaching early-career talent.
- Deep understanding of SDR execution, qualification standards, and funnel performance.
- Data-driven; proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and SDR tooling.
