- Working knowledge of lead management, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
- Strong coaching skills and track record of developing early-in-career reps.
- Fluent business English; Japanese language skills are a bonus.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and lift performance.
