  • Lead a team of early-in-career SDRs covering APAC markets (ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan).
  • Coach SDRs on identifying high-potential customers and coordinating outreach.

  • Drive accountability for activity, pipeline, and meetings.
  • Own inbound lead follow-up SLAs; partner with Marketing on campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading and coaching sales or SDR teams.
  • Background in tech sales with credible hands-on industry knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of lead management, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Strong coaching skills and track record of developing early-in-career reps.
  • Fluent business English; Japanese language skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and lift performance.
