🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years managing outbound SDR/BDR/inside sales in B2B tech
  • Track record of hitting/exceeding pipeline and demo targets
  • Strong call coaching and rep development skills
  • Experience with SalesLoft/Outreach and Salesforce
  • Pipeline diagnostics instinct; pacing dashboards
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
