🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in B2B SaaS SDR roles; 18+ months leading teams of 7+ reps.
  • Proven coaching SDRs 1:1 and leading trainings across calls, email, LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing a large pipeline across multiple reps; analyze metrics.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales and converting prospecting to qualified opps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; provide actionable feedback.
  • A motivating presence; uplift peers and drive accountability.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with experimentation.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Curious mindset; quick ramp on new verticals.
