- Deep understanding of outbound sales and converting prospecting to qualified opps.
- Strong written and verbal communication; provide actionable feedback.
- A motivating presence; uplift peers and drive accountability.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with experimentation.
- Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Curious mindset; quick ramp on new verticals.
