  • Proven track record coaching SDRs 1:1 across calls, email, LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing large pipeline across reps; analyze metrics.
  • Deep understanding outbound sales strategies and conversion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; provide actionable feedback.
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; AI tools.
