  • Provide coaching and ongoing training to outbound SDRs to improve prospecting and discovery.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing outbound SDRs with marketing, sales, SDRs, and partners.
  • Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent.
  • Track record of success leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Nooks.
  • Experience creating talk tracks and tailoring messaging to customer profiles.
