  • 5+ years in Sales with at least 3 years as a Manager/Director.

  • Strong analytical skills; map funnels and identify leaks.
  • Strategic GTM leadership; experience building the German outbound playbook.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
  • DE market savvy; comfortable with German business culture and time zones.
  • Knowledge of key sales metrics: quotas, conversion rates, ramp time, retention.
