• Transform data into actionable insights and dashboards.
• Build dashboards/reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel.
• Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps for sales/revenue.
• Translate data into actionable guidance for business decisions.
• Prepare presentations and documents for stakeholders.
• Tell data-driven stories to drive adoption of insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
• 5+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Alteryx, Excel.
• SQL and Python for data analytics.
• Clear, structured communication with stakeholders.
• Fintech/banking experience is a plus.
