🎯 Requirements

  • Proven onboarding/training programs improving ramp, productivity, retention.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design grounded in adult learning.
  • Excellent communication; comfortable presenting to all levels.
  • Proficiency with enablement tools: Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, Salesloft, Avarra.
  • Builder mindset; scalable programs from the ground up.
