• Process orders and manage inventory reservations with planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in wholesale support or sales coordination.
• Experience with NetSuite and NuOrder.
• Strong analytical skills; keep price sheets and inventory accurate.
• Clear, friendly communication; explain invoices and stock issues.
• Strong organization and prioritisation; catch inconsistencies early.
• Collaborative across time zones with planning and finance in Australia.
