  • Supervise a team of 10–15 Home Lending Associates (Outbound)
  • Full-time, in-person role in Dallas office with daily onsite presence
  • Serve as frontline outbound sales lead, setting expectations and coaching
  • Support performance against monthly goals: calls, talk time, conversions
  • Monitor daily/weekly metrics to identify trends and coaching needs
  • Conduct regular coaching and 1:1s to develop talent and drive results

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years of mortgage sales or related outbound sales
  • 1+ year leading or supervising sales reps
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
  • Strong execution mindset with accountability
  • Comfortable using performance metrics to guide coaching
  • Organized and detail-oriented with multi-priority focus
