📋 Description

  • Design, rollout, and admin of sales compensation programs.
  • End-to-end sales commission operations: calculations, validations, reconciliations, payouts.
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and analytic models for quota attainment and payouts.
  • Maintain LogicMonitor’s Incentive Compensation Management platform: config, logic, reporting, access, testing.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, Accounting, and Systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Own timely resolution of inquiries and disputes from comp plan participants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales compensation program support and administration.
  • Experience with Xactly, Callidus, Performio; Xactly expertise a plus.
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Advanced analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication; able to build credibility and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines; AI tools experience.
