🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in sales compensation program support and administration.
- Experience with Xactly, Callidus, Performio; Xactly expertise a plus.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Advanced analytical skills, commercial acumen, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication; able to build credibility and cross-functional partnerships.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines; AI tools experience.
