  • Designing/administering incentive comp across GTM functions.
  • Analytics and financial modeling; translate data into insights.
  • Hands-on with CaptivateIQ and Salesforce/CRMs.
  • Fast-paced, detail-oriented, process-driven.
  • Excellent communication; influence across sales and leadership.
