  • Lead annual sales compensation plan design for specific sales teams.
  • Implement metrics that are specific, measurable, and aligned to priorities.
  • Own rollout and enablement of compensation plans.
  • Quantitatively measure plan effectiveness and apply learnings.
  • Propose, evaluate, design, and measure SPIFFs.
  • Be the main contact for sales leadership to align objectives and compensation.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS or BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics.
  • 5+ years in a Sales Compensation role.
  • 2+ years as a key point of contact with senior Sales, Finance, and HR leadership.
  • 3+ years leading the sales compensation design process.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ICM tools (CaptivateIQ, Varicent, Xactly).
  • Experience with reporting tools and Tableau.
