  • Manage the end-to-end monthly/quarterly commission cycle, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for the global sales force.
  • Identify bottlenecks in payout workflow; implement automated solutions to reduce manual errors.
  • Primary point of contact for sales compensation inquiries; research and resolve discrepancies empathetically.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to sales compensation.
  • Maintain rigorous SOX-compliant documentation; ensure all payments adhere to internal policies.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, HR, and Accounting to ensure seamless end-to-end process management.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
  • Direct experience in Sales Compensation (Incentive Management) is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel: nested formulas, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with SPM systems (Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud) a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to data accuracy and calculations.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
