- Primary point of contact for sales compensation inquiries; research and resolve discrepancies empathetically.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations related to sales compensation.
- Maintain rigorous SOX-compliant documentation; ensure all payments adhere to internal policies.
- Partner with Sales Ops, HR, and Accounting to ensure seamless end-to-end process management.
π― Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops.
- Direct experience in Sales Compensation (Incentive Management) is a plus.
- Advanced Excel: nested formulas, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables.
- Experience with SPM systems (Xactly, Varicent, CallidusCloud) a plus.
- Meticulous attention to data accuracy and calculations.
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
