📋 Description

  • Deliver accurate, on-time payments for variable sales compensation.
  • Audit the ICM tool—setup, plan mgmt, data, and commissions.
  • Process data, verify calculations, communicate compensation.
  • Be the first responder to compensation inquiries; escalate as needed.
  • Use Google Sheets and an ICM tool to complete the payments.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Math, or Statistics.
  • 2+ years in a sales compensation/payment role.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ICM tools (CaptivateIQ, Varicent, Xactly).
  • Experience with reporting tools, SQL query optimization, and Tableau.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and timely delivery.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end commissions close with multiple deadlines.
