  • Monthly calculation and payment of all sales commissions (bonuses, incentives).
  • Oversee day-to-day compensation tasks and strategic projects across time zones.
  • Update quotas and variable changes in Excel models with Sales Ops.
  • Use compensation system and spreadsheets to calculate and validate monthly payments.
  • Lead UAT for new incentive plan implementations.
  • Identify data sources and automation opportunities to streamline processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in sales compensation, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel; proficient with Word and PowerPoint; SQL skills desired.
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or other incentive plan systems (preferred).
  • Experience building and maintaining compensation models in Excel; validate data.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
