π― Requirements

- Experience with CaptivateIQ or other incentive plan systems (preferred).
- Experience building and maintaining compensation models in Excel; validate data.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.
