  • Prepare, review, and distribute monthly commission statements in CaptivateIQ.
  • Partner with Revenue Ops and GTM to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and maintain compensation plans in CaptivateIQ, aligned with policies and goals.
  • Continuously enhance and scale compensation processes to support growth.
  • Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports & analyses to support Sales Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Manage inquiries from sales reps with professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor in Finance, BT Management, Stats, Math, CS, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in sales compensation, finance, or data analytics.
  • Salesforce proficiency a plus.
  • Experience with commission software; CaptivateIQ a plus.
  • Known for accuracy, analytical mindset, and clean data.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communicator.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to improve.
  • Proactive in applying AI tools to streamline processes.
