  • Prepare, review, and distribute monthly commission statements in CaptivateIQ with precision.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Go-To-Market teams to ensure data accuracy.
  • Build and maintain compensation plans within CaptivateIQ, aligned with policies and sales goals.
  • Continuously enhance and scale compensation processes to support business growth.
  • Monitor data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses for Sales Leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Finance, BST, Statistics, Math, CS, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or similar.
  • Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
  • Experience with commission automation software; CaptivateIQ is a plus.
  • Strong data accuracy and analytical mindset; clean data.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
