π― Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance, BST, Statistics, Math, CS, or related field.
- 1-2 years in sales compensation, finance, data analytics, or similar.
- Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
- Experience with commission automation software; CaptivateIQ is a plus.
- Strong data accuracy and analytical mindset; clean data.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
