📋 Description

  • Draft and execute sales compensation policies
  • Ensure proper process for commission
  • Ensure global employees’ commissions are submitted on time
  • Develop and use data analytics to track and budget commission costs
  • Provide exceptional service for day-to-day commission issues

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR Management or English a plus
  • Working experience in HR/Sales Operations field is preferred
  • Precise and detail-focused; professional, confidential and responsible
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills and data estimation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
