📋 Description

• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage commissions.
• Calculate commissions across units per plans; ensure accuracy.
• Maintain payments/statements; verify accuracy cross-functionally.
• Work with payroll on reporting deadlines.
• Build and automate compensation models to reduce manual work.
• Onboard new hires and manage role changes via Xactly.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Xactly.
• Experience with ICM tools like Everstage, SPIFF, or Varicent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Attention to detail, organized, and good communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance preferred or equivalent experience.
