🎯 Requirements

  • Xactly Incent administrator or power user; configure plans and validate commissions.
  • Proficiency interpreting and validating data for commission calculations.
  • Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, and incentive compensation tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2B sales environments.
