  • Own key sales conversion stages; set benchmarks and drive QoQ improvements.
  • Monitor Orchard Max pipeline daily; identify at-risk leads and coordinate actions.
  • Design and run structured tests across funnel stages; scale winning approaches.
  • Audit CRM data for lead disposition, SLA adherence, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain reporting for leadership visibility into funnel performance.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product to remove bottlenecks and boost velocity.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, or brokerage ops in real estate.
  • Proven ability to improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage funnel.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or Follow Up Boss; Looker BI tools.
  • Experience designing and running structured tests to improve sales performance.
  • Strong organization; manage multiple priorities and present findings.
  • Experience with lead routing, dialers, or lead management automation is a plus.
  • Background in real estate brokerage, iBuyer, or proptech is a plus.
