- 3+ years in sales ops, revenue ops, or brokerage ops in real estate.
- Proven ability to improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage funnel.
- CRM experience with Salesforce or Follow Up Boss; Looker BI tools.
- Experience designing and running structured tests to improve sales performance.
- Strong organization; manage multiple priorities and present findings.
- Experience with lead routing, dialers, or lead management automation is a plus.
- Background in real estate brokerage, iBuyer, or proptech is a plus.
