- Proven ability to improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage funnel.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or Follow Up Boss and Looker reporting.
- Experience designing and running structured tests to boost sales.
- Strong organization skills; manage multiple priorities; present to execs.
- Experience with lead routing, dialers, or lead automation is a plus.
