  • Own key sales conversion stages; set benchmarks and drive quarterly improvements.
  • Monitor pipeline health daily/weekly for Orchard Max; identify at-risk leads; coordinate actions.
  • Design and run structured funnel tests; document results; scale winning approaches.
  • Build reporting dashboards for funnel performance and trends.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product to remove bottlenecks and boost pipeline velocity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales ops or brokerage ops in real estate or high-velocity sales.
  • Proven ability to improve conversion metrics across a multi-stage funnel.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or Follow Up Boss and Looker reporting.
  • Experience designing and running structured tests to boost sales.
  • Strong organization skills; manage multiple priorities; present to execs.
  • Experience with lead routing, dialers, or lead automation is a plus.
