  • Monitor inbound BrandGen lead flow and route to the right Account Executives by territory rules.
  • Ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and completed as expected.
  • Act as the link between marketing-sourced pipeline and sales.
  • Track speed-to-lead and routing accuracy across inbound motion.
  • Identify bottlenecks and resolve with teams.
  • Create and maintain a feedback loop with marketing and operations on lead quality.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-3 years in sales support, sales coordination, or marketing ops roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams without direct authority.
  • Comfort with CRMs and go-to-market systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong technical aptitude; comfortable with AI-powered GTM tools (Salesloft, Qualified).
