🎯 Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is a plus; you’re great with people.

- Team player and strong collaborator.
- Resourceful with the ability to resolve customer issues.
- Affinity for Knix products and belief in the Knix mission.
- Eligible to work in Canada (18+); able to lift up to 25 lbs and move through the store.
