📋 Description

• Create a welcoming end-to-end customer experience.
• Actively listen to preferences and recommend products.
• Lead product fittings to ensure correct size first time.
• Stay knowledgeable on our product assortment and wear it.
• Merchandise products to reflect our brand and drive sales.
• Escalate issues to the Store Manager.
• Improve cleanliness, setup and organization in-store.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service is a plus; strong people skills.
• Warm demeanour with a get-it-done approach.
• Team player and great collaborator.
• Resourceful with strong issue-resolution skills.
• Affinity for Knix product line and mission.
• Must have work authorization in Canada and be 18+.
• Ability to lift and handle up to 25lbs.
• Ability to move through the store for long shifts.
