📋 Description

• Drive and exceed store sales goals through ALO initiatives.
• Create authentic, experiential guest service with product education.
• Maintain knowledge of product features, fabrics, care and use.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and plan actions.
• Ensure effective floor coverage and timely replenishment.
• Support other store areas (Sales and Cashier) as needed.

• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Preferred prior client-centric sales experience.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results and work as a team.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lbs and stand through shift.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate guests about product, community and culture.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country from start of employment.
