🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ year of experience in client-centric sales.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to educate guests on product, community, and culture.
• Knowledge of store goals, product launches, and merchandising.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and aligns with guiding principles.
