📋 Description

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Mizzen+Main products, values, and brand story.
• Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach; assist with product selection.
• Process all transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor; manage merchandising, folding, hanging, and replenishment.
• Execute store operations including opening/closing, stockroom, replenishment, and upkeep.
• Stay up to date on promotions, events, and new product launches for customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to follow direction and take initiative.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs; climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
