📋 Description

• Demonstrate knowledge of Mizzen+Main’s products, values, and brand story.
• Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach.
• Process transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor with merchandising and replenishment.
• Execute store operations including opening/closing and stockroom upkeep.
• Stay up to date on promotions, events, and new product launches.
