• Demonstrate knowledge of Mizzen+Main products, values, and brand story with professionalism.
• Engage customers with a personalized, consultative sales approach and product guidance.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor with merchandising and replenishment.
• Execute opening/closing, stockroom setup, replenishment, and daily upkeep.
• Stay up to date on promotions, events, and new product launches to inform customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
