Sales Associate, Home Health

📋 Description

• Demonstrate and communicate BAYADA values.
• Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources.
• Review documentation to transition or initiate care per physician orders.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up physician-ordered services.
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, Director of Area Sales on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and meet performance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1 year healthcare/home health experience preferred.
• Experience with health systems/referral platforms a plus.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills.
• MA or RI residence strongly preferred.
