📋 Description

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives.
• Create authentic guest experiences via product education and culture.
• Be expert in product knowledge: features, fabrics, care, usage.
• Provide friendly, helpful service; engage customers and build relationships.
• Analyze reports with leadership to drive growth opportunities.
• Ensure front and back-of-house operations, merchandising, replenishment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales experience.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Confidently explain ALO retail, yoga, and cafe model to customers.
• Leverage company tools and incentives to meet store goals.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results, works well in a team.
• Ability to stand and move for a full shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
