• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission.
• Create authentic guest experiences via product education.
• Expert on fabric, features, benefits, usage, design and care.

• Ensure an engaging, easy-to-shop environment and strong customer service.
• Support store goals and new product launches with guest education.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Must be able to move throughout the store, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiar with ALO brand and product knowledge preferred.
