  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Maintain 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week to drive qualified meetings.
  • Drive pipeline by identifying prospects in assigned and unassigned CRE territories.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and align outreach.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI prospecting tools, and Salesforce to manage pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven Cold Calling Experience
  • Proven success in sales or BD with daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs
  • Experience within the CRE industry preferred
  • Experience attending industry events and driving interest
  • Experience with designing and executing outbound campaigns
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience or strong interest in SaaS, real estate private equity, or financial services technology
