- Maintain 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week to drive qualified meetings.
- Drive pipeline by identifying prospects in assigned and unassigned CRE territories.
- Partner with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and align outreach.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI prospecting tools, and Salesforce to manage pipeline.
- Engage in events to identify prospects and build relationships.
π― Requirements
- Proven Cold Calling Experience
- Proven success in sales or BD with daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIs
- Experience within the CRE industry preferred
- Experience attending industry events and driving interest
- Experience with designing and executing outbound campaigns
- A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience or strong interest in SaaS, real estate private equity, or financial services technology
