• Demonstrate product knowledge and represent Mizzen+Main with professionalism.
• Engage customers with a consultative sales approach; assist with product selection.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor; merchandising, folding, replenishment.
• Execute store ops: opening/closing, stockroom, replenishment; prioritize service.
• Stay up to date on promotions and new launches; share timely information.
• Support in-store events per brand standards.
• Contribute to sales goals; foster a positive team environment.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Proactively build customer base via networking, outreach, and follow-up.
• Lift up to 40 lbs; climb ladders; stand for long periods.
