📋 Description

• Assist in selling, managing implementations, analytics, and account growth.
• Provide field support for accounts with digital care optimizations.
• Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate training and on-site support for new implementations.
• Analyze EHR utilization data to increase electronic order volumes.
• Work with EHR team on initiatives and product updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in medical field.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, clinic and lab workflows.
• Epic EHR analyst experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills.
• Strong data interpretation and ability to run reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
