  • Strong understanding of reliability practices; familiarity with vibration analysis.
  • Technical IT/IoT knowledge; experience with CMMS/MES in manufacturing.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to partner with sales teams.
  • Strong communication; able to lead discussions at all enterprise levels.
