  • Build and maintain the full commercial content library by audience and sales stage.
  • Translate clinical evidence and product capabilities into compelling messaging.
  • Direct design execution with contract designer; write briefs and ensure assets are field-ready.
  • Own distribution with Partner Manager; ensure assets reach the right partners at the right time.
  • Build onboarding and training for sellers and channel partners to articulate Cylinder’s value.
  • Coordinate enablement around launches and seasonal campaigns.

  • Minimum 3 years in sales enablement, partner enablement, or product marketing in digital health or B2B healthcare.
  • You build things yourself: you write, structure decks, direct design, and ship.
  • You don’t just project-manage other people’s output.
  • Fluency in employer benefits and health plan sales cycles.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot; familiarity with Seismic, Highspot, Showpad a plus.
  • Sharp written communicator; drafts don’t need a lot of cleanup.
