📋 Description

• Act as a consultant to match prospect needs with homes and features.
• Own your pipeline: prospect, hunt, and capture leads via networking.
• Guide prospects through the Havenpark Sales Matrix; perform credit checks and payments.
• Maintain knowledge of Havenpark products, competition, and local market demographics.
• Cultivate resident satisfaction and referrals; help renters become owners.
• Partner with Community Managers and Sales leaders to refine strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday with flexibility to meet client needs.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home sales, or B2C).
• Skills: Coachability, high emotional intelligence, polished communication, CRM, Microsoft Office.
• Physical Demands: Walk community grounds and lift supplies as needed.
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
