π― Requirements
- 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar Finance roles (startup/SaaS a bonus)
- Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data viz tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Effective communicator who translates data into clear insights
- Thrives in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, NPS/CSAT, and CS platforms like Gainsight
- Self-motivated with curiosity and initiative
