- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team across the merchant lifecycle.
- Manage, track, and process incoming sales leads in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist merchants and Sales with underwriting requirements: collect, review, and submit documentation.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance to move applications forward.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and internal files; ensure documentation is complete.
- Hybrid role: onsite 4 days/week with 1 day remote in Westlake Village, CA.

- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with internal teams and external merchants.
- Experience with CRM systems, documentation workflows, or sales support tools.

- Problem-solving mindset; follow established procedures and escalate issues when necessary.
