  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team across the merchant lifecycle.
  • Manage, track, and process incoming sales leads in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist merchants and Sales with underwriting requirements: collect, review, and submit documentation.
  • Coordinate with Underwriting, Risk, Compliance to move applications forward.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and internal files; ensure documentation is complete.
  • Hybrid role: onsite 4 days/week with 1 day remote in Westlake Village, CA.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
