  • Enforce Salesforce usage, data cleanliness, and pipeline integrity for the Majors book
  • Manage logistics for executive briefings, customer events, and C-suite engagements
  • Build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables for leadership visibility into performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve repsโ€™ productivity
  • Establish timely Request Ops coverage (RFPs, NDAs, vendor onboarding, quotes)
  • Own weekly operational updates and lead AEs meetings to review CRM records and forecasting

  • Experience in sales operations/support/account coordination at high-growth tech companies
  • Experience with Salesforce to report, build dashboards, and enforce data hygiene
  • Ability to learn and leverage sales tooling like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Fathom
  • Strong organizational skills to manage projects end-to-end with shifting priorities
  • Clear verbal and written communication; proactive and resourceful
  • Collaborates well with sales, Operations, Marketing and leadership; enterprise experience a bonus
