- Manage logistics for executive briefings, customer events, and C-suite engagements

- Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to improve repsโ productivity

- Experience in sales operations/support/account coordination at high-growth tech companies
- Experience with Salesforce to report, build dashboards, and enforce data hygiene
- Ability to learn and leverage sales tooling like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Fathom
- Strong organizational skills to manage projects end-to-end with shifting priorities
- Clear verbal and written communication; proactive and resourceful
- Collaborates well with sales, Operations, Marketing and leadership; enterprise experience a bonus
