  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles managing a book of business, renewals, and expansion.
  • Fluency in modern finance with fintech experience including ERPs, spend management, or AP automation.
  • Experience handling a high volume of customers at different lifecycle stages.
  • Finance-first mindset; comfortable speaking CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and detect insights and trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing internal roadmaps based on customer needs.
