  • Collaborate with Risk, Underwriting, Legal, and Deal Desk to balance needs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews; translate insights into ROI; drive action.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles managing a book of business.
  • Fluency in fintech ecosystems: ERPs, spend management, or AP automation.
  • Experience handling high-volume customers across lifecycle.
  • Finance-first mindset; comfortable speaking with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A.
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and derive insights.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, business, or related field.
