- Role to accelerate GPV and revenue growth in the US F&B market by supporting Sales and Account Management to acquire, retain, and expand high-impact use cases.
- Direct Seller Support – act as a product expert, co-selling with AEs and AMs, handling seller escalations, and recommending tailored solutions that drive GPV and revenue growth.
- Strategic Insights & Enablement – collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Enablement to surface market opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy.
- Support adoption of Square’s ecosystem across F&B—Kiosk, KDS, inventory, CRM, and team management to unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Time allocation: 80% Core AE/AM Support; 20% Cross-Functional & Strategic Initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay informed on industry trends to highlight Square’s advantages.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Consistent overachievement of goals and objectives.
- Experience with product development and an analytical approach to identifying market opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work with internal/external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
