collections and disbursement activities, including invoicing policies, processing premium payments, and managing disbursements

Whatyou’dbe doing:

Invoicing
in accordance with
established guidelines

Processing premium receipts (ACH, Credit Card, Lockbox)

Processing cancellation notices
in accordance with
established guidelines

Processing our autopay plan enrollment

Reviewing,
researching
and processing return premium transactions

Researching and advising on returned mail, checks, payments, etc.

Supporting the business via Microsoft Teams

Other duties as assigned

We’relooking for someone who has:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to calculate figures and amounts ordinary and customary to the accounting function.

Attention to accuracy and detail.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with
ability
to create, navigate, and use Excel spreadsheets effectively.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business
, Accounting, Mathematics, or related
area

years’ experience
