In this position,

you'll

play a pivotal role in crafting requirements, enhancing documentation quality, refining our requirements processes, and catalyzing overall improvement within this domain to fortify our future positioning. As a key member of the Program Operations team, the Associate Product Analyst will

be responsible for

documenting and

validating

business and technical requirements related to insurance products. Success in this role

necessitates

a background in insurance, coupled with the ability to elicit and document requirements for existing systems and applications.

Whatyou’dbe doing:

  • Collaborate with engineering/solution design to ensure

    accurate

    requirement

    documentation for existing systems.

  • Confirm business requirements with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional quality.

  • Coordinate with insurance product QA to uphold

    requirement quality

    .

  • Ad-hoc duties and initiatives as they arise

We’relooking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business/Insurance, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience in reverse engineering requirement documents.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    .

  • Ability to convey complex issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders effectively.

  • Attention to detail with

    demonstrated

    problem-solving abilities.

  • 1-2 years of Property & Casualty property insurance experience, with preference for Residential.

  • Familiarity with insurance policy admin sales and service systems, Excel

    proficiency

    .

  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, capable of working in a fast-paced environment independently.

Highly preferred candidates also have:

  • Experience working with

    SmartSheet

    , Confluence, and Jira

  • Development Experience

  • Knowledge of XML, SQL

    , JSON

    .

  • Experience in Agile

    development methodologies

    .
