- Strong decision-maker in ambiguous, high-risk environments; balance speed and accuracy.
- Communicate complex safety decisions clearly; brief Legal/Policy and align Product during incidents.
- Translate frontline operations into strategic insights and guidance.
- Use data and automation to improve quality and scale; lead 24/7 operations.
